Refund Policy

Returns: We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@kokoguerra.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@kokoguerra.com.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
